Lucy Goosey Rose
Lucy Goosey Rosé is named after our granddaughter Lucy, whose brief life inspired our family to do something meaningful for others walking a similar road.
The Painted Horse Foundation is a separate charitable organization led by David and me, Lucy's parents Cameron and Leah, and Lucy's Aunt Juliette.
Our mission is to support families facing perinatal loss, pediatric hospice care, and children with life-limiting conditions — because no family should navigate that alone.
100% of the profits from every bottle of Lucy Goosey wine sold go directly to The Painted Horse Foundation.
Lucy Goosey Rosé is a blended rosé — Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Cabernet Sauvignon for its color. It's fruit-forward with notes of apple, pear, citrus, and a little beeswax, with medium-high acidity that lingers on the finish.

Your Experiene Starts in The Tasting Room
No reservations needed — just stop by during business hours and enjoy a glass (or a bottle) of our estate wines.
Whether you're settling into the tasting room or grabbing a spot outside on The Green, there's always a seat and a pour waiting for you.
Our tasting room team can help you find something you'll love — from our signature reds to our seasonal releases.
Not sure where to start? That's the fun part. Try a few, find your favorite, and take a bottle home if it follows you around all night.
We also have a full food menu available during business hours, so you can make an afternoon of it!

Not just wine! Ask about our ciders
We make ciders too. Ask your server about what's on tap — we rotate flavors seasonally, and there's usually something new to try.
It's a great option if you're visiting with someone who's more of a cider person (we won't judge), or if you just want to mix things up between glasses.
