Led by our resident beekeeper Ed Morgan, this hands-on workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore the vital relationship between bees, agriculture, and winemaking—right here at Painted Horse Winery & Vineyards, Milton's founding winery and Georgia's first woman-founded farm winery.
Suited for both beginners and curious nature enthusiasts, you'll don a professional bee suit (provided) for an up-close journey into our working hives. Learn about colony structure, sustainable beekeeping practices, and the essential role these remarkable pollinators play in our vineyard ecosystem as they prepare for winter.
