About the event
Kick off Painted Horse Winery's first annual Wellness Day with a HIIT class right in the vineyard, led by Alpharetta Strength Society.
This is a full-body, high-intensity interval training session designed for all fitness levels — modifications are always welcome. You'll work out surrounded by vine rows and open sky, which beats a gym with fluorescent lighting any day.
Class is free — registration is required to reserve your spot.
After class, stick around for our local vendor fair starting at 11:30, featuring Alpharetta Wellness Collective, Shine Medical Aesthetics, Marro Sparkling Bone Broth & More. Grab lunch and a glass of wine, explore the winery, and settle into the rest of your afternoon.
