Southern Contemporary Ballet Opens Its First Season at the Vineyard
Alpharetta has its first professional ballet company — Southern Contemporary Ballet, founded by Lauren Hamilton McConnell after nearly twenty years dancing professionally across the country. And for their very first season launch, they've chosen Painted Horse. We couldn't be more honored to host them.
Join us September 19th at 6 PM for live music, wine, and a silent auction.
At 7:30 PM, the company takes the stage for a special performance and a first look at the season ahead — a sneak peek at what's to come from a company just getting started.
Southern Contemporary Ballet is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which brings us to the best part: a portion from every ticket goes directly to the company, helping them grow, support their dancers, and bring contemporary ballet to our community.
Tickets include admission to the performance and one complimentary glass of wine
