This is exclusively for wine club members.

Your December wines are ready for pickup, and we're making it more than just a transaction. We're setting up the covered patio with charcuterie, creating a cozy space with holiday atmosphere, and inviting you to stay awhile.

This is your casual pickup party—grab your wines & a glass, settle in with a plate of charcuterie, and catch up with fellow wine club members. No formality, no structured programming, just a relaxed evening to celebrate the season and connect with your wine family.

This is the casual, drop-in social at the winery. The Estate Open House on December 21st is when Pamela and David open their home for a more intimate gathering. Both are exclusively for wine club members, both are worth attending, and both celebrate you.

The Core Experience

You'll arrive on the covered patio adjacent to the tasting room, collect your December wine shipment, and find yourself with a glass in hand and good company all around. The charcuterie board will be set up, the holiday music will be playing, and the atmosphere will be exactly what you need midweek in December—cozy, festive, and pressure-free.

This is the kind of evening where you run into members you haven't seen in months, make plans to open that bottle together sometime soon, and leave feeling more connected to the Painted Horse community. Some people stay for twenty minutes. Others settle in for the full evening. There's no wrong way to do it.

Why We Need Your RSVP

When you RSVP, it helps us:

• Plan the right amount of food so there's plenty for everyone

• Know roughly how many members to expect

• Make sure we're set up for the evening

This is just a headcount, not a ticket. There's no cost to wine club members. We just want to plan well so nobody goes hungry and we're not left with massive amounts of leftovers.

If plans change and you can't make it, no worries—you can still pick up your wines during regular hours. But if you're planning to stop by, letting us know helps tremendously.

Your evening includes:

• Your December wine club shipment (reds, whites, or your selected mix)

• Charcuterie board featuring local and imported cheeses, cured meats, crackers, seasonal fruit, and accompaniments

• Festive atmosphere with holiday touches and music

• Covered patio seating (heated if needed!)

• The company of fellow wine club members who get why good wine and good conversation matter
