Arrive early to browse the tasting room, wander the vineyard, and meet Dandelion our baby cow, Pedro the goat, and the horses.

At 6pm, settle into our cozy Cellar Room where soft lighting and an intimate atmosphere set the tone. Mary, our wine steward, guides you through five Painted Horse wines paired with an array of potato chips—from classic kettle-cooked to flavors you forgot existed.

You'll discover why salt and fat transform the way wine tastes on your palate (it's all science), and you'll leave with the confidence to pair your favorite wines with your favorite chips at home. With just 12 people in the room, there's space to laugh, debate, and declare your personal winner.
