If you're looking for Easter plans that go beyond brunch reservations and plastic eggs in the backyard, we've got five days of events happening at the vineyard — starting Wednesday, April 1st and running through Easter Sunday.
Here's what's on the calendar.
The details:

Easter Candy and Wine Pairing — Wednesday, April 1st
When: Wednesday, April 1st | 6:00 PM
Where: The Cellar Room
Investment: $65 per person
Includes: Guided wine and candy pairings led by Mary
Only 12 seats available — this is an intimate tasting, and it will fill up.
No wine expertise required. Just a sweet tooth and some curiosity.

Spring & Easter Floral Workshop with Anna Somerville — Friday, April 3rd
Anna Somerville is back at the vineyard for a Friday afternoon floral workshop — two days before Easter, which means your arrangement goes straight to the Sunday table.
You'll work with fresh tulips, daffodils, ranunculus, and seasonal spring greenery. Anna walks you through prepping stems, creating height and movement, and making it all look effortlessly put-together.
Grab a glass of wine from the tasting room beforehand (not included in ticket price), settle in, and spend the evening making something beautiful with the people you love.
The details:
When: Friday, April 3rd | 5:00 – 7:00 PM
Where: Painted Horse Winery
Investment: $65 per person
Includes: All materials, hands-on instruction from Anna, and your finished arrangement to take home
Limited to 25 guests so everyone gets personalized attention and plenty of table space. Anna's workshops almost always sell out — don't wait on this one.
Perfect for mother-daughter duos, sisters, best friends, or visiting family looking for something to do together before Easter Sunday.

Annual Easter Egg Hunt — Saturday, April 4th
Three age-group hunts across 2 acres of vineyard and pasture — ages 1–4, 5–8, and 9 and up — so every kid is hunting with their own group and nobody gets trampled by a determined nine-year-old.
The Easter Bunny will be here for photos, and we're serving pastries and lemonade while families spread out across the farm to visit Daisy, Chamomile, and Dandelion (our cows), Fraunky the donkey, and the rest of the crew between hunts.
Gates open at 10:30 AM so you have time to settle in, grab pastries, and scope out the property. Hunts kick off at 11:00 AM.
Important note: The Easter Egg Hunt is on Saturday, April 4th — not Easter Sunday. Plan accordingly!
The details:
When: Saturday, April 4th | Gates at 10:30 AM, hunts at 11:00 AM
Where: Painted Horse Winery, 13762 Hopewell Rd, Milton, GA 30004
Investment: $20 per child, $15 per adult
Registration required — tickets are limited and sell quickly
If you're searching for Easter egg hunts near Alpharetta or Milton that aren't in a parking lot or a public park — this is the one. Vineyard backdrop, farm animals, space to run, and pastries that aren't from a grocery store box.

Live Music on The Green: Luke Brown & The Jubilee —
Saturday, April 4th
After the egg hunt wraps up, the evening belongs to Luke Brown & The Jubilee — Atlanta-grown country with honest lyrics, tight musicianship, and the kind of energy that makes you glad you stayed.
The details:

Easter Sunday at the Vineyard — Sunday, April 5th
Imagine your family spread across a table on the patio, splitting a charcuterie board before taking the kids to see the animals. Wine by the glass or bottle. That's exactly what Easter Sunday looks like at Painted Horse.
No dress code, no prix fixe, no two-hour wait for a table at a restaurant where nobody can hear each other, and the kids are stuck to their seats for the entire experience.
Our full light bites menu will be available — charcuterie boards, salads, paninis — plus the tasting room and gift shop are open all day.
Walk the vineyard, introduce the grandparents to Franky the donkey, and take your time.
Walk-ins are welcome, but space is limited — reserving your table guarantees you a spot.
